Mizuno's 'Countryside Kizuna pack' is a tribute to authentic country life in Japan, bringing together signature elements of the classic Japanese lifestyle and Mizuno's style and craftsmanship in 3 special colorways.
Each Contender in this pack has a unique story, from the carefully selected materials to the delicate design, told through the different fabrics and colors that subtly come together on sneaker. The use of linen throughout the upper of each contender enhances the uniqueness of this pack.
The first Contender is inspired by Japanese rice fields. With different shades of green and special fabrics like corduroy processed on the tongue and heel. A leather logo on the sides and linen processed all over the shoe. There is a woven label on the tongue referring to the rice fields.
The second Contender takes inspiration from Japan's unique honey production, with a warm yellow suede on the tongue, various shades of beige and a label with a bee on the tongue.
The last in this pack is inspired by the careful picking of fruit. Blue leather has been used on the tongue, which again is reflected in the logo. Also, the only extra added to this one is a leather leaf on the lace.
