Can I change my order?
You cannot change your order. You can send an e-mail with the request to cancel your order. Then you can place a new order yourself. Note: is your package not yet packed? Then your order can still be cancelled. Has your order already been processed? Then unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, you will have to return it.

How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing an overview of your order. The order will then be shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 8 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your order using iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, Klarna or by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard). Please note, the surcharges for Paypal (€ 0.43 + 3.4%), Afterpay (+ €4.95) and Klarna (€ 0.89 + 2.19%) must be paid at all times, even when returning an order.
How do I add a discount code/gift certificate?
You can add the discount code when you have chosen a product and go to "my shopping cart". On that page, click on "add discount code" and there you can enter your personal discount code.
How much do I pay for shipping costs?
Orders with a purchase amount above €80,- will be shipped for free within the Netherlands with Budbee, if you choose Post NL we will charge 2,95. Do you have an order below €80,-? Then the shipping costs for the Netherlands are €2,95, For Belgium there is free shipping for orders above €80,- For shipments to other countries, shipping costs are always charged. This can differ per country.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 20:00 will generally be delivered the next day. It is possible that there is a delay with our shipping partner (PostNL) and therefore your delivery will be later than you are used to. Unfortunately we have no influence on this and are not liable for it.
I have not picked up/received my package or it has been returned. What should I do?
If you are not at home and PostNL comes by? Then PostNL will take your package to a collection point. PostNL will let you know where you can pick up your order. So you do not have to stay home especially for your package. Note: Is your package at a collection point and has the package not been picked up after 2 weeks? Then your order will be returned to our distribution center. The incurred return costs will be charged.
Exchanges / Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within a 30-day reflection period, provided the product is unworn and in good condition. Would you like to return an order? If so, please review our return information. After we receive the returned item, we will process the return within 14 business days. Please note. You remain responsible for your return at all times until we have received it. If we have not received your return, the amount paid will also not be refunded. Would you rather visit us? Then it is also possible to return your return at our location. No return costs will be charged.
Can I return items purchased with a gift card?
Yes, you always have the right to return your items regardless of which payment method you used. If you paid the full amount with a gift card, you will receive a new code for the full value of your gift card. If you paid only part of the amount with the gift card, the additional amount will be refunded to the other payment method. Cash out is not possible. Your replacement gift card will have the same expiration date as your original gift card.
I have multiple orders. Can I merge them?
It is possible to send multiple orders in one return. Better for your wallet and the environment! You can request a label by selecting one order number. Then you can put all orders in one box. Be sure to include the corresponding packing slip for each order. That way, distribution knows which returns can be processed upon receipt. If distribution does not have your information, your return cannot be processed.
Can I exchange an article?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item directly. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other order. Are you from Nijmegen or do you happen to be in the area? If in stock, it is possible to exchange your order for another size at our location.
Are return costs charged?
Through our returns portal you can choose which carrier suits you best. You pay the return costs in advance. Then you will receive the shipping label. Upon receipt we will refund the purchase price. Please note, if you have chosen the payment method Paypal (€ 0.43 + 3.4%), Afterpay (+ € 4.95) or Klarna (€ 0.89 + 2.19%) then you must always pay the additional fees, even when returning an order.
I returned my order but I can't find a refund?
We work with Mollie to create and process payments for your order. You can find the payment on 'via Mollie payments foundation'.
